Lavender Infused Honey

The honey itself is good quality, but I personally find basswood to be a strange variety to use with lavender, as the basswood flavor overpowers all hints of lavender. I like a stronger lavender flavor, but the basswood taste completely takes over my matcha lattes. Not for me.

I was given two jars of Lavender Honey as a Christmas gift. I love lavender anything and I also love honey, but I didn't expect to be this addicted. It is do delicious! I could literally sit and eat it with a spoon. The two jars are long gone and I've since reordered and am midway through those. Five stars plus!!
