Our Local Raw Great Lakes Honey gets its bright color and herbal character from a variety of sources, including clover, alfalfa, basswood and regional wildflowers. This honey will have subtle nuances in taste and color depending upon the flowers the bees gather nectar from, and in what season.

I don't know the right words to describe this honey. The only thing I can think of is smooth, fresh, and clean tasting. it just has a clarity in its taste that leaves you saying wow. Very good!!!!
